Career Planning Workshop for the students of classes X-XII was held on 25th and 26th June 2009.

Industry leaders and acclaimed professional spoke to the students guiding them about a career in a select stream.

Mr. R. Medhora, Advocate spoke on a career in Law.
Mr. V.K. Saksena, IRS, C.I.T. and a Old Boy spoke on a career in Civil Services.
Mr. M.J. Robertson - Executive Director – Vedic Realty Group, spoke on Hospitality Management
Mr. D. Banerjee, HR Consultant & Executive Coach gave his views on a career in H.R.D.
Mr. Vaibhav Saria a Student from John Hopkins University and a Old Boy spoke on Psychology & Foreign Education
Dr. P. Gupta, a leading Pediatric Surgeon spoke on Medicine & Surgery
Mr. Suyash Borar, COO of B.M. Birla Heart Research Hospital and a Old Boy spoke on a career in Health Care Management
Ms. Rita Bhimani, the communication Guru spoke on ICE with special strees on Advertising & Communications
Mr. R. Banerjee, Chief Engineer with Mitsui OSK Lines spoke on a career in Merchant Navy
Mr. Sumit Dasgupta, Editor Telegraph Metro Section and a Old Boy spoke on a career in Journalism.

There were long interactions between the students and the speakers. The students were highly interested and often the Q&A sessions carried on beyond the time allotted. The convenor of the program, which concluded very successfully was, Mr. Partho Dutta and the co convenor was Mr. Sujit Ganguly.

This is the ninth year, Alumni is holding this workshop for the school.
